I recently had an experience with an eye consultants in Northern VA, and overall, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but I found the waiting times to be quite long. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing useful information about the services offered. However, I would have appreciated more details about the doctors and their expertise. The consultation itself was thorough, and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. The office was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that the range of eyewear options was somewhat limited. While my experience wasn't outstanding, it wasn't disappointing either. I would consider returning in the future, but I hope they can work on reducing the wait times and expanding their eyewear selection.
