Bought my son 17 year old son a used Tacoma. I was firm about what I wanted, I found it on Car Gurus, but it had just come in and it as a substitute photo. It was not cleaned, or on the lot yet. Carlos came to work 20 minutes early to check it out and let me know what it looked like, personally took pictures with his cell phone. He gave me a bottom line price, but before I could get there it was listed on line which is what they do of course, but for a couple hundred dollars less, so I called and told and told someone else about the price drop and they dropped it. You might want to check the on-line price after you get a quote. Carlos and Desmond, who stayed until 10:00 pm to do the paperwork were very nice men. They actually beat the interest rate my loan officer in Crystal River quoted me, with that, I was thrilled. You will always pay more at a dealership with fees, but they do a lot of work, service and detail the car, and of course do the financing which is very convenient. BTW, you need good credit for a good rate, I got 3% can't complain
