I am a loyal CUSTOMER of Gisett and I must say that their service is average. I have been using their products for a while now and I feel that there is room for improvement. The quality of their products is decent, but there have been times when I have received damaged items. The customer support is responsive, but the waiting time can be a bit long. Overall, Gisett is an okay company to do business with.
