I would rate Chrysalide as an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing exceptional. The website is user-friendly and informative, but I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Overall, an average experience.
