My experience with the Department of Public Works and Highways was overall positive. The services provided were satisfactory. The website was helpful in providing relevant information. I particularly appreciate the department's efforts in road safety and maintenance. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of streamlining certain processes and enhancing communication.
