I recently hired Hester painting & decorating to repaint the interior of my home, and I must say, they did an average job. The quality of the work was decent, but I had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. The communication was okay too, but there were some delays in their response time. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
