I recently purchased a Kratzer bike and I must say, it's been an amazing experience so far! The bike is incredibly smooth to ride and feels very sturdy. The customer service was fantastic as well, with the staff being very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
