I have been a customer of BULQ for several months now and I must say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the buying process is easy. However, there have been a few instances where I received items that were not as described. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate BULQ as average.
