So, customer rapport is improving at the Harley shop. Customer reps are finally starting to crack the shell open and greet folks as they enter and cruise through the store.

I had a short chat with a sales rep who seemed like a cool man. However, all that being said, there is always room for improvement however slow and painful. I have high hopes for this shop. Wouldn t it be cool to walk in and see Harley and the Davidson s episodes playing on the big screen for all to see and conversate with regard to a bit of history? Hint, hint ...
