We had a great dining experience at Rapscallion. The staff was very friendly and helpful which equates to excellent service. It started with the hostess and continued through with every other person we encountered. The food was well above-average. I had grilled salmon with vegetables and the person I was dining with had scallops. Both were prepared perfectly. The creme brulee was a very nice dessert for me and the person I was with at the big honkin mud cake. We were not disappointed. This isn't the cheapest place but it is worth every penny.
