I recently used a car leasing service from this company and my experience was just average. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be mediocre. The representatives were not very responsive and seemed disinterested in helping me. Additionally, the lease terms were a bit confusing, and I wish there had been more transparency about additional fees. The car itself was in good condition, but I felt that the overall experience could have been better. While I did get what I needed, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and clarity of terms.
