I recently used the services of Medialab for my project, and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed without any trouble. However, I encountered some delays in receiving a response from their customer service team, which was a bit frustrating. On the plus side, the quality of the final product was decent and met my expectations.
