However, the checkout process was a bit confusing, and I had to contact customer service for assistance. The customer service representative was helpful and resolved my issue promptly. The products arrived on time, but the packaging was not as secure as I had hoped. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the checkout process and packaging.
