I recently used this property management company for my rental property. The website was easy to navigate with plenty of useful information. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 🤔 The response time to my queries was slow, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times. The maintenance request process was also not as streamlined as I had hoped. On the positive side, the online portal for rent payments was convenient and user-friendly. Overall, the experience was average - there were some good aspects, but improvement is needed in others. I hope to see better communication and responsiveness in the future.
