I recently had a service done on my forklift at Southern States Toyotalift and overall, it was an okay experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but the service itself took longer than expected. It took almost a week to get my forklift back and during that time, it was a bit inconvenient as I had to rent another forklift. However, once I got my forklift back, it was working fine and I haven't had any issues since. I would still recommend Southern States Toyotalift, but be prepared for longer service times.
