I recently used the services of this company after a friend's recommendation. The website was quite informative and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the services I needed. However, I found that the responsiveness of the customer service could've been better. While the staff were professional, it took some time to get a response to my queries. The resources provided, though, were helpful and insightful. Overall, it's a good resource for gaining knowledge about child development and parenting, but there is room for improvement in the customer support area. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see better communication in the future. 🌟🌟🌟
