My experience was WONDERFUL! From the very moment I walked through the door I was treated with the utmost respect! I felt so comfortable! Mark Mosaybei was awesome! He helped me find the perfect vehicle for what I needed and would not stop until I was 100% satisfied! It was a fun and exciting experience and I definitely owe it to Mark. Craig Smith also dropped by to say hello and was so nice! My mother was with me as well. She was a previous customer of Lake Norman and when she walked in EVERYONE knew her and was so attentive to her as well! Willie even took her car which she had bought from the dealership in 2006 for a car wash while Mark helped me! We were offered a beverage during our time and treated so nicely! I ended up with a GORGEOUS 2018 Cherokee Latitude and it s the most beautiful car and I am so happy! Mark got me to the price point I needed which made me VERY HAPPY! I felt Mark was truly looking out for me and was determined to help me and did not stop until he got me what I needed! I will always be grateful for that as well! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
