It's a nice place! If you live there, you have it all nearby - the room, amenities, the beach, fun places, etc. If you come there, there is a parking lot that opens if there is a spot available. Very convenient! The beach is nice, but I'd say man-made laguna. Crowded with tourists compared to wild beaches all around the island. Though, still nice! My family prefers wild beaches, so it's not really for us, but can't say anything bad about it. Nice.
