As I type I have been on hold for 57 minutes. I called to schedule my son for a tongue tie correction. A woman answers, asks me my son's name, DOB and when the referral was sent by his doctor then she asked me to hold. Haven't heard back from her since.... still just sitting here on hold. I guess I can hang up since I know the office is now closed and she is probably home with no remorse for placing me on hold just so she could go home on time.
