Sapphire ink public relations is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. I found their communication to be lacking at times, and they didn't always meet deadlines. Overall, they did an okay job handling our public relations needs, but I wouldn't say they went above and beyond. There are probably better options out there.
