I've had mixed experiences with Riograndense distribuidora. On one hand, their product selection is quite impressive and their website is easy to use. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with one of my orders and it was difficult to get in touch with a representative. They eventually resolved the issue, but the process was frustrating. Overall, I would say Riograndense distribuidora is an average company.
