My experience with Knotis.com was a mixed bag. While the shipping process went smoothly, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It took quite some time to get a response to my queries, and when I finally did, the resolution was not satisfactory. However, I must credit them for timely delivery. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
