Worst experience ever using a visa application age...

Worst experience ever using a visa application agency. Doesn't check through materials promptly, kept requesting additional/revised materials in a piecemeal manner even though it is an urgent visa application and time is of the essence. It would have been a lot less work if doing the application by oneself without having to go through them. Avoid this agency if you don't want to risk cancelling your trip last minute.
