Great location, unfortunately thats where it ends....

Great location, unfortunately thats where it ends. Coffee poor, food average and overpriced, even more so when the 10% weekend surcharge added. Staff like faceless drones really makes this cafe unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Also after reading many other similar bad reviews the Management insist on supplying excuses and denial rather than thanking people for their feedback and addressing the issues so many potential return customers put forward.
