Check in is at 4pm.My room was not ready till 5. They said they would call or text when the room becomes ready..If I didn't go and ask again 1 hour later i probably still be waiting for my room..I missed my dinner reservations before I wasn't able to get ready. I got charged for my dinner reservations because I didn't cancel in time.. when I called the front desk the operator was rude as heck.The front Desk lady that originally told me the room wasn't ready was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will rethink my stay here next time. I didn't even get an I'm sorry or any kind of apology for the delay they created, missing my reservation and getting charged for the late dinner reservation c as cancellation..My one star rating is for the water presure in the shower when i finally got to my room.
