I ordered a set of boxing gloves, pads and glove inserts for my son and I to take up lessons in the new year. Delivery was super quick as well as navigating the website was easy too. The craftmanship of goods was really good, although one item was faulty (adult glove inserts), I wasn't going to complain as it was just the insert and life could still go on. But the customer service of RDX was impeccable, as I received a follow up what's app message to see how my order was going. As I was approached i told the truth and sent pictures over. RDX was very apologetic and resolved the issue despite me not complaining initially. I would highly recommend this company and will probably order again.
