I have mixed feelings about Dhobixpress. While the convenience of their service is great, there have been instances where my clothes were not properly cleaned or ironed. The customer service team is responsive and tries to resolve any issues promptly, but the inconsistency in their work is concerning. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.
