I recently booked a trip with Patiperra travels and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected more from Patiperra travels.
