I can't say enough good things about mediarecations.com! The Pilates proworks® classes are top-notch, and the instructors are incredibly talented. I love the variety of classes offered and how each one challenges me in different ways. The studio is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I always leave the classes feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend giving Pilates proworks® a try!
