My experience with Synuma has been rather mixed. While their products are of good quality, their customer service is lackluster. I had an issue with an order and it took them quite some time to resolve it. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate them 3.5 stars out of 5.
