Customer Service Could Be Better

The selection of eyeglasses here is fantastic, and I found a pair that I really liked. However, the customer service wasn’t up to par. I felt a bit rushed when I asked questions about lens options, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. While I love my glasses, the shopping experience could’ve been improved with better service.
