I must say that Pt. pabrik kertas indonesia (pakerin) provides an average service. The quality of their products is decent and the customer support is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement. They need to work on their delivery speed as it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
