I purchased an original spare part for my planetar...

I purchased an original spare part for my planetary mixer ... rather high price between replacement and transport ... but what left me baffled that the replacement had to be changed by making a cut to allow the planetary mixer to start .... urged several times to suggest a solution, after 3 weeks nobody bothered .... !!!
