I had a mixed experience with Budgently. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to find the information I needed quickly. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not always helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
