Both Markece Deadwyler and Michael Deadwyler really resolved a decades long issue that previous owners had forgotten about. Our new home's issue it had the original ducts still installed. Mix in decades of backyard flooding, open access points for rodents, and moisture in the crawl = torn up ducts. I had gone into the crawl to tape the ducts together dozens of times.

By the time the rodents had done so much damage, the only solution was to attack.

Fortunately the Russell's crew was able to send these (2) skilled pro's. Felt involved, educated, and confident every step of the way. Both of them were keen in leaving the workspaces clean prior to checking out from the site. I could tell they attention to detail prior to any installation. My crawl space was mapped out and sectionalized in a way that allowed me to digest the benefits better.
