I have been a customer of Xoop for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they are reliable and deliver on their promises, I feel that there is nothing exceptional or outstanding about their offerings. That being said, I have never had any major issues or complaints with them and they have always been responsive to my needs.
