Poor support and lack of interest in selling products. Finally switched to another supplier. Here, too, no interest in meeting the customer. Endless quarrel about invoice, nobody takes responsibility and follow up, long waiting times. I eventually paid for bad service. I was expecting another service after being a customer at Profdoc for so many years. Disappointing!!!
