I cannot speak for their computer repair service having never used it, but the retail store is okay. The people are nice and know their stuff. That said, I have not had the best customer service experience there. A few years ago I purchased a 4 gigabyte stick of ram which was clearly labeled as 4 gigabytes. However upon opening the container there was a 2 gigabyte stick in there. Not only did they refuse to give me a refund but they also told me it couldn't happen. Needless to say I try to avoid purchasing from them whenever possible.

Be aware they do not offer refunds, only store credit in most cases. I do think their Apple Store is good. I did purchase a Mac Mini from them a few years ago. They don't honor Apple's educational discount but they will give you a discount off of the unit if you buy the AppleCare protection plan with it.
