I had a license renewed. I made my application online and my my appointment date online. When I arrived the facility was clean and nicely spaced out due to COVID. A staff member sat me right away and I was called up immediately after sitting down. The clerk who took my info, photo, eye test (due to my age) and credit card was efficient but could have been friendlier and let me better prepare for the photo which BTW makes me look psychotic. But I was in and out of there before my actual appointment was scheduled! So all in all a good experience.
