Individual shops limited access and adhered to maximum occupancy rules. Some had virtual queues of hundreds of shoppers waiting to go inside.
However there was no limitation in the number of people admitted into the shopping centre.
The result was a large crowd milling around in the common areas and walkways with no social distancing.
Not a pleasant experience.
