I have been a customer of Nephel ltd for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall customer service could be improved. I appreciate that they always respond to my inquiries promptly, but sometimes the answers are not as helpful as I would like them to be. Nevertheless, I will continue using Nephel ltd as it meets my requirements to some extent.
