Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Paid a total of around 900 euros for all-in with standard room. The location was fantastic, the hotel is right on the sea, very nice view, nice pools. The room was small and the terrace had a sad view, very small bathroom, you can hardly stand in it with two people. The finish in the room was certainly not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The service at the pool and in the evening to get drinks is incredibly slow, sometimes having to wait 15 min for our drink. If you go to the bar yourself, you usually stand in line even longer. Because of this we did not drink much (all in).

For breakfast you get some warm fruit juice and water to drink. There is also coffee. The rest of breakfast and other meals are buffet style which is okay. May contain more variation.

When you arrive at the hotel you will only receive a paper and the key to your room. The staff will tell you to install the app and show you the way to your room.

Conclusion: nice hotel, nice view, very good atmosphere (no children) but certainly not worth 5 stars. I would recommend the hotel.
