Shopping at Henne for our wedding rings was the best experience of our wedding preparations so far! Henne showed us the personal attention, time, and personal service I always dreamed we'd have when choosing our wedding bands. We came to Henne at the recommendation of a friend of a friend after not having much success finding what we were looking for at local jewelers. We live about 2 hours away from Henne, but the trip was well worth it. We had a pretty unique request for the engraving of our wedding rings -- a personal message in Elvish writing. Henne and the Lashbrook engravers worked closely with my fiance and me to make sure our rings were exactly what we wanted and within our budget. They kept us involved in every step of the process e-mailing or calling us to update us on the status of our rings or to give us other options. Our salesperson Meg took the time to sit down with us and show us rings to try on in a variety of makes, styles, and finishes until we found the ones we really wanted. She understood our unique vision for our rings and even found it as amusing as we did! Walking into Henne even the first time felt as though we were walking into the home of a friend because everyone was so welcoming and helpful.They even offered refreshments and chocolate coins while you shop! I was also impressed with their free Valet parking around the holidays. Henne staff and the companies they work with seem to understand that their business is not so much about the jewelry they sell, but more about the people to whom they are selling it! They truly understand the importance of personal attention, service, and attention to detail. Thank you Henne for being a shining example to all and for making our wedding ring shopping experience a dream come true! -- Go Steelers!
