If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid ten pound for the council to come and collect a bed frame and mattress today. Surprise surprise they never showed. We had everything out and ready to be collected and they didn t even have the courtesy to call if there was any type of issue. We had to apologise to all of our neighbours for the councils incompetence. Our back lane know looks like a tip. This council are unprofessional and pointless, they simply can t do basics. Avoid them at all costs, better off paying professionals to do a job rather than complete novices.
