The experience with Group dcm was average, nothing extraordinary. The website dcmgroup.ca was easy to use and navigate. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives didn't seem very enthusiastic or helpful. Overall, I had a mediocre experience with Group dcm.
