I had an average experience with a charter service recently. The flight was decent, and the aircraft was comfortable. However, there were some issues with the customer service that left me disappointed. The staff seemed unorganized and not very attentive. The overall experience could have been better if the service was more reliable. I hope the company takes note of these areas for improvement.
