Received first call in mid December for finalizing screening interview date. Date was decide 1 week after the call. On day of screening interview received mail early morning saying it's postponed by one more week.
In screening interview everything was clearly described by me : I do not have hands-on experience for automation testing ( for which interviewer replied yeah it's no problem as we are still deciding upon the automation tool), I know German language upto A2 level ( to which interviewer replied that's good, we have hired one from Ukrain recently who just speak English so no problem).
After 2 days I received call again to finalize Face to face interview which was decided on 15 Jan 2020( approx one month after screening).
On day of face to face interview all questions were answered properly. Interview did not asked any automation related or programming related questions.
After 1 week I mail them for feedback, to that they replied to wait for one more week.
After other week, I asked feed back from interviewer, and shocking reason given to me was we are looking for some one who is deeply from programming background for this position, unfortunately you are not suitable for this post and it was not my decision.
To ask few more questions I mailed to the person who did my screening round, and I got auto-mail saying, I no more work for Serrala contact office mail/phone for further information.

Was very disappointed, as I traveled from another state for face to face interview.
How can people be so confused with what they actually looking for the position.
