October 2016 a friend sent me a "WalMart to WalMar...

October 2016 a friend sent me a "WalMart to WalMart" money order for 278.00 that my location refused to cash. Went to a different location since there was no explanation, same thing. Went back to the original store where they refused it again & gave me a # to call so that my profile tier can be upgraded. Whatever THAT means?!? 10 minutes later they cashed it. The same friend sent me a MoneyGram Friday, February 24, 2017 with "10 MinuteService" & it was "put on hold" when I went the NEXT DAY to cash it. The employee's got all irritated with me b/c I wouldn't leave without an explanation, so they called up MoneyGram. MoneyGram said for the issuer to call them. They had called them & "didn't get an answer." She called MoneyGram & they ended up refunding her money while I wasted one hour & 45 minutes for all of this nothing-ness to not happen. My Sam's Club membership will not be renewed & I will never set foot in another WalMart. This is unacceptable behavior!

I have spoken to store managers on 4 occasions about the new racks where 3 liter water bottles are now kept up high & out of reach. I have a picture of a 65+ year old woman climbing up a WalMart employee ladder to reach this water. Somebody is going to get hurt, but it won't be me.
