I am a customer of American Collegiate Acquisitions, Inc. and I have had an average experience with them. Their services are decent but not exceptional. The process of acquiring a property through them was relatively smooth, but I felt that there were areas where they could have improved. The communication during the process was somewhat lacking, and I had to follow up with them multiple times to get updates. Overall, it was an okay experience.
