I had an overall average experience with 2c Travel. The customer service was decent but could definitely be improved. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained. However, the drivers seemed a bit inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about the local area. The rates were reasonable, but there were a few hidden charges that were not mentioned upfront. Overall, it was an okay experience.
